We manufacture the PTFE insulated corona resistance cable the performance of which does not deteriorate even at very high voltage even up to 16KV. PTFE insulation is most suitable for applications where high voltage is applied at elevated temperatures due to its stable dielectric properties even upto 250°C.

Corona, also known as partial discharge, is a type of localized emission resulting from transient gaseous ionization in an insulation system on application of high voltage. The presence of corona degrades insulation in long run. This causes the risk of system failure due to dielectric breakdown and thus reduce the reliability.
