These cables are Sheathed with UV-protected PVC Compound for trouble-free superior performance and durability as they are highly used Outdoors and are exposed to Direct Sunlight/ Rainy weather conditions. SGI Coaxial cables enhance your TV viewing and provide distortion-free clarity of picture and enhanced trouble-free sound. Standard Length: 90 Mtrs./180 meters Packing duly Wrapped.


Co-Axial / TV Cables

SGI manufactures high quality multi core flexible cables with copper conductor for various industrial and domestic applications for portable and movable equipments. Specially in-house formulated PVC Compound with Lead Free and Flame Retardant Properties used for insulation and sheath provides higher insulation resistance, better dielectric strength and tends to impart more flexibility to the cables. These cables confirm to the BS Standards 6004.

Manufacturing Details

Manufactured by using 99.9% Pure Electrolytic Grade Solid Bare Copper or Copper Clad Steel Conductor (CCS).

Use of Al-Poly –Al Bonded tape and imported Foam material in Gas Injected Foaming.

High Foaming (up to 80%) which leads to lower attenuation.

No impurities in foam due to use of insert gas i.e. Nitrogen.

Foam Cell Structure is uniform across entire length, ensuring consistent electrical parameters.

Sheathing by specially formulated Lead Free UV Protected PVC Compound.

No performance variation under extreme weather conditions.
