High-Shrink-Ratio, High Viscosity, Adhesive-Lined, Polyolefin Heat Shrink Tubing

It consists of a double layer of cross-linked polyolefin and polyamide PA. The product has high shrinkage and wear resistance characteristics, and is widely used in electronic equipment wiring connections, automotive harnesses, home appliance harnesses, wire and cable branches, metal pipelines, wire and cable repairs, and other occasions that require sealing.

Technical Data

Features

  • 4:1 shrink ratio allows for fewer sizes to cover numerous splice configurations and diameters
  • Thick adhesive liner forms an effective barrier against fluids and moisture penetration
  • Minimum shrink temperature: 70°C
  • Continuous operating temperature: -45°C to 125°C
  • Fully shrink temperature: 125℃
  • Standard color: black, clear (other colors can be customized)
