SURAJ Din Channel Mounted Disconnecting Type Neutral Links are developed for various current ratings, where a single screw operation is sufficient for disconnecting the neutral form the control panel. The insulating material is High grade Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). PBT is an unbreakable, Non-Hygroscopic, High Insulating resistant and High Impulse Voltage withstanding material.
100A Neutral links are made using High Electrical grade Phenol formaldehyde resin (Bakelite), which is having very high Insulation resistance and High Impulse Voltage withstanding capacity.
The electrical conductors are made up of superior grade copper alloys using the right mix of copper and zinc for minimal transmission loss of electric current with low temperature rise which is within a specified allowed limits. The screws are made up of high tensile mild steel and can be customized to stainless steel 304 grade and Brass as well.
