Description

With the highest quality phenol formaldehyde resin (Bakelite), low-density plastic (LDP), and polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), an insulating base material, electrical control signals are transmitted through close type terminals, rigid type terminal blocks, and Euro Series terminal blocks that are specifically designed to be touch proof. PBT is an indestructible polymer that is non-hygroscopic, resistant to high insulation, and able to tolerate high impulse voltages.

High-grade copper alloys with the ideal ratio of copper to zinc are used to make the electrical conductors, which minimize electric current transmission loss and reduce temperature rise within predetermined bounds.

304 grade stainless steel and brass are also available as customizations for the high tensile mild steel screws. A particular grade of zinc that can endure prolonged exposure to a hostile environment without corroding was used to passivate the mild steel screws. Bright nickel is used to coat brass screws.
